Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 Business Days, we do ship International, it can take up to 21 Days. BOLD Cosmetics is not responsible for any post office delays and wrong shipping address nor stolen package once the item is marked as delivered but you did not receive the package contact your local post office and provide a tracking number.

Once an order is received, please allow 24 to 48hrs for processing, after processing is completed, you will receive the tracking number will update once USPS receives the package and processing is completed.

Does BOLD Cosmetics test on animals?

BOLD Cosmetics is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals, nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf. We are proud to be supporters of the PETA organization.

What forms of payment can I use?

BOLD Cosmetics may be purchased using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All Sales Are Final.

                                                                HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed with 3 days after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. Your confirmation email from BOLD Cosmetics will indicate an actual processing time frame.
